"TERRIBLE, infested with roaches I’ve had roaches since I moved in, asked for orkin to come spray and they never came, the pipes and vents need to be changed, the water stinks, leaves come in through my vents when I turn the fans on in the restroom, the washer stinks can’t leave your clothes in the washer 10 minutes after they was or they will stink, my garage wouldn’t open it took maintenance a week to come service it, my drain in the shower was stopped up I had to unclog it myself due to maintenance wanting to take 4 days to come, I don’t recommend these apartments at all. I’m never one to do a review but these apartments aren’t worth the rent they’re asking for. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE but nice area. I really want to give it NO STARS."

"Terrible management. Racist and a scammer. Lied on move out date and didn't even do an inspection when we left. Never fixed any appliances that we had problems with and they didn't accommodate us in any way. Towed us when they could have and should have told us to move our car since my mom was in the garage and car was right outside the garage. Owners obviously don't do anything about management they are hiring. They are infested with roaches. Most if not all are infested don't rent here ever. Would give 0 out 5 stars. Don't recommend at all. Too expensive to not worth it. All the black neighbors were racist always talking about race and how at least they were from here and they spoke English. Even though we are Mexicans, we are Mexican American (born and raised). Management pays people to write good reviews because they are not real because how can you be happy to live with roaches. Don't I repeat don't live here under any circumstances unless owners really upgrade them and put better management."

"I’m never one to stop and write reviews yet, I had to take the opportunity to thank and more importantly, acknowledge Ms. Montoya Hall, as property manager, for all that she does/has done. I’ve lived at the square going on two years. Prior to that, I rented another unit back in 2016-2017 (seen property managers come and go) and I must say, not only has Montoya been the ONLY consistent and available onsite manager, she truly gets her job done in a professional, thorough, and dedicated manner. There are many positive things to say: community improvements, fast attention on service needs if any, etc., she is the leader behind ensuring it ALL gets done! PLUS, there’s only ONE of her and that alone is commendable considering the attention and follow thru she provides on all needs & requests. I just signed another lease for another year and she ensured this process was smooth from beginning to end; I am a happy and satisfied resident of The Square and attribute much of that to Ms. Montoya Hall and her hard work ethic! Thank you!"
