This property has amazing sq footage that is utilized is an excellent way, each unit I saw was very nice and just amazing layouts. John was extremely helpful and informative on all of my questions as well as polite. I couldn't have had a better experience from the building tour to the amazing customer service over the phone! Class A service and definitely 5 stars all the way! Thank you!"

"Amazing value! I recently moved in at the start of 2024 and I am impressed by the sheer square footage of the units. Pretty much every unit is a studio, but every layout is unique. Compared to other nearby apartment complexes, Pacific Electric Lofts is pretty affordable for the amount of space and quality of amenities available. The building itself is pretty old, but extremely well-built and robust (there's a lot of history here!), and the units have pretty much all been completely renovated. The staff is very friendly and helpful - this includes the parking attendants, security, leasing/management, and maintenance. A huge shoutout to Luis Llamas, Fredy Chavez, and Erika Barajas Negrete for promptly responding to my various move-in maintenance/repair requests, as well as Ever the security guard for his friendly assistance. Unfortunately, there is no assigned parking, however I've never had an issue finding a parking spot within the structure. The parking attendants are available 24/7 and are always up to help you out with any parking issues or answering any question you might have."

"Moved in a month ago and its been a terrible experience! I love my apartment but this management has been bad. Roaches in the units and they only have pest control come once a week and when they did come they texted me at 9am and left the building at 10 before ever coming to my unit. It has now been a week since my pest request and still nothing. Also I was never briefed by ANYONE on parking situation and my car was towed 1st day i moved in even though i was told by their staff to park where i did and i PAY MONTHLY for parking. Leasing office did nothing. The water is shutoff at least once a week and is currently shut off as i write this. The leasing office keeps their door locked everyday all day and doesn't do anything to assist residents. Terrible experience so far. Definitely would not recommend anyone live here. Keep looking!"
