"This is probably the best building I have truly ever lived in in all of Los Angeles. The prime location and affordable cost is one thing, but the management and security makes a world of difference. I cant say enough great things about Christian and Marissa, and our lovely security guard Robert. They are the best and make living here feel so safe and such a pleasure. What a gem it is to be here. So happy i found this spot!"
"Stayed here for four years and highly recommend. I literally do tell friends considering dtla to check out Packard. Units are spacious and fairly priced. Building is good quality (not cheap construction where a lot of sound travels). Also good security measures for access in place, which I do appreciate more in hindsight. Location is great. Office staff I'm during the day and on site security at night is convenient and appreciated to get assistance when needed. The whole property team is the best (Christian, Hector, Alma, Robert, Marissa). Christian is an EXCELLENT property manager - super on-it, friendly, and fair. Highly recommend!"
"I loved my experience living here! Christian and Marisa are exceptional, they manage everything so well. I didn’t have many issues during my time there, just normal things, and they always took care of them immediately. Robert and the security team are also amazing, he helped me so much when I would have to go outside to take my dog out late at night. Great sound insulation, both from neighboring units and outside noise."
"I CANNOT say enough positive things about my experience with Christian! He is soooo wonderful, incredibly helpful and caring throughout the whole process. It really makes a difference and makes it a place you want to live. It seems like the other apartments I had viewed have leasing agents who do not even answer the phones or reply to emails. Christian is the complete opposite and is the reason I chose to live at Packard!! Thanks Christian! :)"
"My review is mainly based on the tour I just had. The leasing agent wasn't engaging at all and I literally had to ask her before she gave me any information about pricing. She wasn't too enthusiastic to do the tour and I also had to ask to get to see any amenities. The property isn't that great either but I definitely would have left a higher review if the leasing agent put in some type of effort."
