"These apartments will steal your $200 if you do not get approved. I have been trying to get my check back for weeks. It has been well over a month I’ve called I’ve emailed and I’m told that someone will get back to me. I’ve called corporate and still no help so my next course of action is filing complaints with BBB and the state general attorneys office to get a resolution because I will be getting my $200 back. The apartments may look nice but to have to deal with the poor customer service is not worth it."

"I love everything about this place EXCEPT I can hear every footstep the people upstairs make. The bass of their music is rattling my walls. I asked around and other people on my floor have the same problem. I guess it’s a building issue. I’ve lived in many different apartments, I’m a downtown girl, so I don’t mind noise- but this is the worst I’ve experienced."

"We applied to this building in JUNE. We were told by Marie that if we were to get denied we’d get out $200 holding fee back asap. Long story short we got denied and it has been an absolute nightmare trying to get our refund. The staff including Marie, the front receptionist Nicole, and Asa have the worst customer service. They put up a fake amazing front but the second they’re able to steal your money (which is EXACTLY what they did) and see that you won’t be moving in they completely turn. It’s embarrassing that the owner has hired people like this. We’re understanding that the “accounting company” sends the check but this is why you hire people who figure things like this out, follow up, and DO the work. I wouldn’t be surprised if these employees are the ones pocketing the money they steal. The receptionist last told me “Asa will call you once your check arrives” well let’s hope that’s some time this year! Don’t be fooled by those 5 star reviews."

"I have lived in 3 different properties in DTLA and G12 is by far the best managed, responsive, and cleanest of them all. The team is fast to respond to any needs and I have found living here to be quite wonderful. The property manager of the building Jamie is extremely friendly and approachable and makes the vibe of the building that much better. I have been here over 3 years and plan on staying for awhile! Highly recommend."

"Very helpful and friendly staff. Safe parking and security at night. Really enjoy living here! Rent is normal for area! They keep it clean. Wish the pool was bigger but the hot tub is nice. Nice people live there and friendly bbq area and lobby.... also a coffee machine !!! ☆☆☆☆☆"
