"Omg! Run! Run as fast as you can away from Dennis and his crew. These people do not care about The Human Experience of being a resident or a temporary resident at any location. As soon as I walked into this building, it smelled like old sewage water and mildew. Then, I got stuck on the elevator for a few hours, and no one seemed to care. I think most of the people in this place are impoverished and have an entire need for resources; so they'll accept anything that these people throw at them. There were so many roaches in the hallway and water bugs that I wanted to throw up. Listen to the other reviews that tell you how bad this place is; they can't all be wrong."

"Nasty! Roaches everywhere. I believe these owners to be con artist. Look for their certificates and their inspection stickers. There are none!"

"Please think twice before you move into this place that is operated by a bunch of people with fake names. This building is very old and is extremely infested with roaches. Yes, the units are furnished, but they are furnished with furniture from thrift shops and shop shops; and they two are full of roaches. The infestation is bad, and the owners of the building won't do anything about it but give you road spray. Also, the elevator is very dangerous, and the inspection sticker on it expired nearly 2 years ago. However, the owners of the building don't care because mainly poor people need these units. Think about it, who buys an apartment building or leases an apartment building that is furnished? You all are going to be thoroughly disgusted at how many roaches live inside of all of their appliances. One after the other, you will have to destroy many roaches, and the roach spray just won't be enough. Spend a little bit more money and find another place.. it will be worth it in the end."

"This was my second stay at Mary Places, first time alone in 2019 and this time with my wife. We felt very comfortable having all we need for a long stay. My wife was working from home and we both like to cook - the unit just met all our needs. It is a great alternative for Hotel apartments."
