Their professionalism and attentiveness truly enhance the living experience here. I also appreciate the resident events organized by the management team, such as the one happening this week. It's wonderful to be part of a community where management goes above and beyond to foster a sense of belonging among residents. This action is illegal and against the residents rights... Attached is a photo that captures this surprising request. Even more disconcerting is their warning: if we don't comply within 24 hours, they'll remove the decorations themselves. Emerald management is lacking basic respect and professionalism to its residents..."
