Reviews
"Carlos and Anthony were amazing! They arrived the very next day to help me with any maintenance needed in the apartment and they did an excellent job. 10/10!!!"
"Notice how all the good reviews are of people moving in but not from current or former residents? Yeah, well we didn't and now we regret not researching further. If so we would have learned that the place is poorly managed, the elevators never work, fire alarms go off at all hours, dogs defecate everywhere, domestic violence disputes are weekly and maintenance requests take more than 3 attempts before the problem is actually fixed. This could by far be the worst place I've ever rented from. When our lease ended we were promised an exit walkthrough and never got one. We verified that the nail holes should not be puttied and I shampooed the carpets quarterly because I like a clean home. They still charged us a ridiculous move out fee and did not give us back the deposit. Don't fall for their tricks. There are so many great options downtown. Just stay away. Oh and the auto response from the owner after this review is a lie too. When we tried to call Marcus another agent would always say he wasn't in the office but the walls are literally made of glass and we could see him standing there. We tried to solve this problem but the community manager wouldn't even speak to us. Eventually someone from their corporate office who had no idea what was going on gave us a call and could care less that they "missed the mark" and would not "discuss our experience further.""
"The property management here act as if the tenants do not pay rent. On several occasions the property management has hassled me about guests in the community room. They attempted to force a rental payment for me having 5 guest in the community room when you are allowed 10 guest free of charge. They also forced me to place a new tag on my vehicle while threatening to tow it while I was sick with a severe case of covid. The property manager did not have any concerns of my sickness. He had his employee to call and express if the tag was not on the car in 30 minutes they would tow it. i asked could I just bring the tag to them and show them instead of forcing me to go outside and get on the ground to screw a new license plate in. He said he does not care about seeing a license plate. This has been the worst place I've lived while paying 3600 a month plus $250 a month for your vehicle to park in the garage for a place to stay. THINK TWICE BEFORE RENTING HERE In addition, the hallways smell like trash"
"The leasing team, especially Marcus, Tama and Dennis, are a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable and efficient. My apartment is clean, well-designed, and comfortable. I'm very satisfied with my decision to move here."
"NOT WORTH IT. The property manager's inexperienced handling and ongoing issues that remain unaddressed are concerning. While this apartment claimed to be a 100% non-smoking building from the start, many residents still smoke indoors, and the responses to this have been extremely inadequate. The management seems to rely solely on other residents witnessing and reporting the problem, rather than implementing preventive measures. The trash chute frequently breaks down. There was a water leak in the hallway (right in front of my unit) that wet the carpet. Even after a month, no action has been taken, leading to an unpleasant odor and potential mold growth, which has discolored the area. I question whether the management truly cares for its tenants. I also experienced water damage couple days ago from the unit above mine, and their solution was to place a dehumidifier and fan in my unit to run all day, which may has increased my electricity bill, causing more inconvenience. The window insulation is poor, resulting in loud traffic noise all the time. A nearby church rings its bells frequently - ranging from 4-6 times an hour and each session lasting 3-5 minutes. The worst part is that they often start ringing the bells as early as 6 a.m. on Sundays."
