"It is so sad and disgusting; This complex has an INFILTRATION of RATS! I have barricaded my apartment with RAT POISON, TRAPS and FOAM (I have pictures and receipts to show for this matter).... My special needs son is flipping out and is historical. I have contacted the LA County Health Department and LA County Housing Authority. This is my cry for help to the Health Department!!! I have never ever paid my rent late and all I want to do is bring AWARENESS to this God awful situation. I feel like we are "Hurricane Katrina Refugees" in Torrance and No is helping in this matter. I am just waiting to hear back from the County agencies, so that they will come out and INSPECT the entire property - URGENTLY!!!!!!"

"I have lived in these buildings TWICE before and for the location and amenities,IT CAN'T BE BEAT! I loved it so much that I would surely come back again if the apartments had more than one room. When I lived there ALL the rooms were outdated,but I can certainly look passed that and I loved it none the less and the amenities were the BEST! In MY opinion, the building was quiet and I never had any issues with neighbors or the previous landlords. I LOVE the Americana and Il Pompeii apartments!"
