Reviews
"I literally have nothing positive to say. Management is immature and unhelpful. I would never recommend this place. The parking is not included, and elevator often is out of service. On top of that, there are issues with people breaking in and stealing packages and roaming the parking garage and building. Issues with items being stolen out of vehicles in the garage."
"Steve (manager) has a bad attitude and an unprofessional approach. Lots of unexpected maintenance and the pool/common areas have been out of service and unusable for months with no end in sight. There is poor lighting in the apartments and hallways, and constant loud noises with ongoing construction. These issues combined with unhelpful management make this complex unliveable. It is like living in a construction zone. Moving out asap!"
"We were told during the pandemic we would be placed in a unit close to the pool. We were placed in a unit on the first floor, which let very little light in. This lead to great mental health issues for both my partner and I. In the 2 years I lived there (2020-2022) I saw MAJOR staff turnover with management. I think this apartment has more potential if staff were treated differently."
"Ceilings and walls are paper thin; if you live below a loud or noisy tenant, you will hear every sound. Two first floor washers are broken and one has not been fixed for over two months. All common room doors and fire doors slam and you need to request maintenance to fix the issue otherwise will not be addressed. Garage gates frequently out of order; north side elevator frequently out of order. Mailboxes broken in once; mail deliverers also will not report when the master mailbox key is broken and mail will not be delivered for weeks on end - management will not notice for weeks on end either despite having cameras 24/7 on these mailboxes. Do NOT MOVE HERE."
"This is a pretty nice place to live (if you can afford it). I was in a studio on the edge of the building and loved the layout since it felt like it had a separate bedroom due to the blinds dividing the space. Very quiet. Management is very on top of it with checking in with residents (almost annoyingly so). I found management easy to reach and responsive. Literally the only reason I moved is the price, but I think it deserves 5 stars if you can comfortably afford it."
