Palm Royale

"DO NOT LIVE HERE I just move in 2 weeks and the new carpet in bedroom makes me feel Headache and dizziness Way over the TVOC standard and I have to live in the living room bc there is no carpet. the company said nothing can do. this is not “luxury apartment” service but the luxury apartment rent. Dyson air purifier shown the bad TVOC and I bought a tester and it said it was seriously over the standard and may cause central nervous system damage. What is extremely ironic is that in the reply given by this team to others, it is said that the satisfaction and service of residents come first. The second thing is that the soundproofing here is so bad. When people walk upstairs, it sounds like someone is walking next to me. I am woken up by the footsteps upstairs at seven o'clock every morning. So lucky to live here :)"

"Great move in experience, the leasing staff are very nice, they helped me out in many ways and made move in really simple and easy. The apartment is exactly what I expected and everything seems to be working well!"

"The way the manager treated me when I went to learn about the apartment was so patronizing, condescending and passive aggressive. I have never experienced such awful demeanor from an apartment manager in my life living in many living communities across several states. Didn't even make an eye contact from the start, she asked me weirdest questions in the weirdest way to basically say "Can you afford our place?". She treated me like I was some poor kid trying to get into her hard-to-reach, lofty community without even knowing me. This made me think there is some sort of unwritten filters which should be illegal. I felt judged based on whatever prejudice she carries and I felt very discriminated. There are so many places to live in LA, so why would I even want to be there? Look for an open and welcoming community - even if this was, well she completely failed to represent it."

"This complex is very close to Trader Joe’s. But unfortunately the apartments are in a really bad condition and old. The management are not responsive to maintinence. There has been several infestations over the years. Roaches are a huge problem in the building. There is a strong smell that indicates previous water damage in the corridors and inside the apartments. They are barely acceptable , definetly not luxury. I wish the management can be more attentive to serious health issues and poor living conditions."

"This is by far the best place that I've ever rented from (and I've rented from a lot of places in LA). I truly felt at home here, mostly because of Diana, the amazing Property Manager. If there's ever an issue (which there rarely is) she's on top of it! She truly cares about her tenants and goes out of her to way to make sure that they're comfortable. And the building itself is incredible! The amenities are top notch and it's always super clean. Also, the location couldn't be better with a lot of great restaurants and shops nearby. There's even a Trader Joe's right around the corner if you need some fresh and organic groceries. The only reason that I moved was because I bought a place. If I didn't, I would have surely stayed at the Palm Royale. It's such a great place!"
