"*AVOID* This is one of the most pitiful places I have ever stayed. The “Management” is absolutely tacky, unprofessional, and has no business…. Pretending to do business. They are scammers and liars. As a Marketing company, and speaking from my Personal experience with this place, I will say “Keep your money, dignity, and overall spiritual health and STAY AWAY!"

"AVOID AVOID AVOID! No management! Dirty common areas! Smells very bad in the elevator! No cleaning! Very noisy area. Lived in a 1 bed unit in this property with so many bad experiences. - No property manager onsite! They assigned one of the tenants to sit in the office and she does not have any power to take any action! She just receives your complains and transfers to the management office but no action from them! Always had missing and stolen packages delivered! - So loud noise from the highway. - No direct access to the mail room, garbage bin, no elevator to 7 & 8th floors! - Scary and dangerous bridge between the elevator and the building! ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PROPERTY!"

"I moved in a couple of years ago and the complex has improved so much! The new manager Cathy is amazing and always willing to help with any problems that we have. She is always great at communicating any updates and works her hardest to make sure every issue is resolved fully. Gustavo is our handyman and he is so friendly and is always efficient and thorough with any work he does to our apartment."

"I've been living at Casa Serrana for about a year now! Kathy is the best property manager, really quick to address concerns, very transparent, extremely helpful, and super friendly. Gustavo is the handy man, and he's extremely kind, and really great at his job! Every time I have an issue he's on it right away. They keep up with the cleaning the pool, landscaping, etc, and it makes the grounds stay beautiful. I love living here!"

"I just moved in and from the initial tour process until now having moved in over a week ago, the apartment manager Kathy has been the warmest welcome and made my move in process totally painless. She has followed up with me to see how I am doing and is always a kind presence to run into in the office. She was very detailed and enthusiastic in getting me all set up in my new place and I really appreciate it! If I ever need anything, I know Kathy can be reached and will always be eager to help. Side note, the building has great views, and I feel like the photos online don’t do it justice. This community has a “tucked away” feeling in the hills while still being right off the 10 freeway. I think I’ll be here for a few years."
