"I was visiting a friend and to see how this place looks and is just absolutely gross dog piss in the hallways management never does anything and is very rude and doesn't know how to run a building theirs homeless on the property going thrue our cars and the video cameras don't work in the parking garage cause the wire is cut for how much she pays their shouldn't be house problems at all fridge not working for months no one fixed it dish washer breaks maintenance just looked at it for two minutes said it's fine didn't do a single thing their was mold all over the place homeless people setting the side of the building on fire I come over everyday at night just walk the dog causey friend doesn't feel safe to go to the dog walk by her self this is very gross to see this place is worth 2000$ at most with the bugs the trash and no maintenance they pop up every once in a while this is a terrible place to be especially the area don't waste your money here its seriously trash oh yea the whole building has massive water damage leaks every time it rains"

"This place started out horrible, had bad odor, and bad roaches. When Nyke came she changed this complex so much. She is always on it with work orders and Makes sure everything gets done right away. She has worked very hard to keep this complex clean and to get rid of the pest issue. It has came a long way. There are still things that need to be worked on, but she is on it and will get the job done. Let’s keep it up, and keep it clean here."

"Nike is a nice manager has had no issue with communication as her best to try and help clean up this building as best as possible. I hope the building continues to get quieter and quieter as time goes on."

"Never have any major issues and the issues that we do have always get addressed in a timely manner. Even had my washing machine leak and maintenance was sent after hours. Building gets cleaned regularly and is always pretty quiet considering it’s on some pretty heavily trafficked cross streets. Our manager, Nike is very sweet and does her best to accommodate everyone. Highly recommend"

"Nike is a exceptional landlord. The community gets cleaned at least once a week, you’re met with prompt response times, and the community all works together. If i had complaints it would be that there is a neighboring community that doesn’t respect privacy all too well but that isn’t a concern. Your neighborhood looks out for you. If you want a place to quietly rest your head look no further."
