"Have lived here since 2014. Is great people and staff. The property as a tennis court, Swimming pool and recreation/exercise room. the community is a very tight knit family. That celebrates birthdays and holidays together. The rent is actually lower when compared to properties of the same size or amenities. They recently installed a doggie park for people with dogs. no worries of wild fires because of La basin and Chatsworth reservoir sitting behind property. is a simple 15 minute walk to Metrolink, Amtrak and buses. The 150 bus is just down the block and the Orange line Nordoff Station is only a 10 minute walk away. Overlooking the property is the old Farolone Estate owned by Frank Sinatra. The estate is rumored to be where JFK would meet Marilyn Monroe. Over all is a great place to live. Have attached some photos of the sites within walking distance."
