"DON’T move in here!!!!! Unless you like a nosy manager trying to control the complex like a jail bothering your guest, questioning them and not respecting other’s privacy. Also the complex has roaches A LOT OF them!! Carpets in the hallways filthy stained dirty!"

"This is a decent property with beautiful landscape inside in a vey busy and happening place like Canoga Park which is only 20 miles from downtown LA. Management has been prompt to resolve any apartment related issue. I will personally thank the property manager who was very understanding and had empathy towards the tenants."

"I toured The Allure Apartments and almost became a tenant. Unfortunately due to my job location changing, my commute would’ve been too far. Alma (the property manager) is great and the building amenities are kept really clean and are updated. The units are spacious for their market rents and having a reserved parking space is a plus. I would definitely recommend the property."

"I moved into The Allure in early 2014 and things were quite different back then. The management team was attempting to change the culture of the apartment homes, but were never truly successful. When Alma and Marisol took over The Allure, everything was made to the expectations of a renter. I personally stayed with them for over five years and could not say a bad thing about their leadership and expertise in rental management. Moreover, the apartments are updated, environmental (cleaning) services live onsite, and the entire complex landscaping is bar none in the west valley. Finally, for the affordability and great rental options that are available, you also get to enjoy a very clean pool and an awesome club house that is modern and polished. It was a pleasure living at The Allure and I would recommend it to any prospective renter looking for a great location in the west valley!"

"I had lived here for longer than I had ever expected. This location has recently come under new management. Management is so incompetent. It was horrible living there before, with cockroach infestation. Many of my previous neighbors even had bed bug infestation. The new management has tried to create a better environment and has cleaned up the place a lot. However, from the 2 years that I loved their under the new management, not much has changed besides eliminating most of the roach problem. My final decision to leave was due to an increase in rat infestation as well. From the many years that I had lived here, this was never a problem. Whenever we communicated to management regarding issues with our unit, it took them a while to respond and it seemed that they discriminated against certain people. Our unit had a heater that did not work, and when we had communicated to management about this, the manager, Alma Cabos, had just said that it was too expensive to replace, disregarding the fact that they were in violation of the California Housing Law."
