Villa Del Sol Apartments

"My wife and I have been living here almost 2 years. Ramona the manager is horrible. We've been dealing with problems here that nobody should have to put up with and when we asked for footage from the 24 hour surveillance cameras she supposedly has (24 hour surveillance on property the signs, multiple signs state in and out front of the building) she told us no. She made it clear that she was running a "tight knit community" and that "nobody here" was capable of the stalking, theft and breaking and entering that we are currently enduring in our apt. She told me to buy "Ring". The surveillance was the reason why we moved in the first place!She never gives notice when work is being done, even when it's directly above our heads! She refuses to put us on the lease when we are eligible for this to be done! The person who got us the apt lied about who would be living here, and she knows that. Don't move here unless you're Hispanic, trust me because we're not and living here has made us realize just how non Hispanic we are if you catch my meaning."

"I just recently moved in and so far the janitor has been sneaking into my apartment when I leave to go out(I have a security camera). He also appears to climb up on the roof and sit by our window listening for hours, ugh what a creep! One night when I was sleeping he even came in and stole my phone but still denys it even tho I have a gps app on my other phone. Other than the janitor this place is very nice very peaceful, sorry if not the janitor the property manager and you will not find my name as I do not want to release my identity but I do live here. I currently reside at 10025 de soto ave. I believe his job title is on site maintenance guy which is a janitor why even lie about it even says on your website."

"I first started living here in 2017, LOVED IT, never had an issue. Then I moved out to try something new and after two years I just had to come back. I have been back for over a year and I still love it. I lived in a studio, now I live in a 1 bedroom maybe in the future we will move to a 2 bedroom :) Everything is always clean and calm. The units are very nice and homey. Ramona is very helpful and super sweet. My family will be moving in to another unit this month and Ramona has been very helpful through it all. That is how happy we are with the building and manager. Hopefully my review helps anybody considering moving into Villa del Sol."

"I lived at Villa del Sol apartments for a year and I honestly couldn’t wait for my lease to end, there was nothing wrong with my apartment, in fact the amenities and apartment design is very pleasant. But the property manager Ramona is extremely rude and organized, instead of being helpful she ended up being more headaches and hassles. I make it sound simpler than the real struggle it was to deal with a manager like her, I truly wish I could have lived there longer but she makes it hard to live peacefully. There is always very poor communication from her side and as a result comes poor follow-throughs."
