"Not a truthful staff and property. Does not worth it. Do not fall for their lies. Last month in January 2024, I submitted my section 8 voucher to rent unit 238 in E Building. Connie, one of the office representatives clearly told me that the rent for 12 months contract would be about 2850 dollars. She collected 98 dollars non-refundable application fee and then she told the section 8 housing that the contract for this amount of rent should be 7 months, otherwise the rent would be about 4000 dollars. I got denied and wasted one month and 98 dollars non-refundable application fee. I am glad though I did not get into contract because who knows what other surprises I would have faced later on."
