"The community is beautifully landscaped and maintained. It’s a pleasure to come home to. What’s NOT a pleasure, and the reason we’d likely not renew our lease… is the MAINTENANCE. It’s literally IMPOSSIBLE to get even emergencies addressed. Days, Weeks, Months, go by, with multiple requests, and yet no one communicates, updates, or resolves any of our multiple issues. We receive nothing but lip service and broken promises. If I could rate negative numbers I would."
"Worst place to live, building and units are old, management is completely incompetent they run on a corporate system. They don’t give a damn about any customer or any of the issues. They don’t handle any of the problems that you have. This is a horrible place to live consider other locations that care more about there residents."
"BEWARE!!! BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! I am a current tenant and my house is infested with black mold and mushrooms! I do not feel safe in my apartment and my concerns are not being taken seriously. I contacted maintenance a month ago and they did not come out for three weeks. when they finally came I told them that my house reeked of mold, and they told me that it may have just been mildew. They told me that other tenants were experiencing issues because of the water as well. Lo and behold, two weeks later my house was infested with mold and mushrooms, literally growing in my apartment. It is the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. Most importantly, it is a health risk. The mold is visible in my five year-old daughter's room, and I have no idea how long she has been exposed to it. She has been experiencing respiratory and gastrointestinal issues for the last month and I suspect it is because she has been exposed to mold. Management does not take the serious and they are impossible to get a hold of. I have a feeling my attorney will be able to get hold of them, though. Do not move here. I contacted the community manager, Jason I spoke to people in the leasing office, and I also called resident services several times. this issue still has not been fixed and the maintenance told me that he planned to spot treat mold. Truly unbelievable."
"3 stars because the women who work in residential services are kind & friendly..other then that HORRIBLE. I've have a waterfall of a leak in my unit. Summit claims it was fixed absolutely false. Whenever it rains it's like I don't have a windows. Gets extremely wet in one of the bedrooms...and it's not like you can call & they'll pick up. They NEVER answer the phone. Leasing office is SUPER on it to get you in...but once you sign that lease...you can NEVER get in touch with anyone. Yes nice grounds family building NICE. But for the price you pay they( Summit).is not attentive. Have a few rude people in leasing office. Super out dated gym...HORRIBLE unprofessional and not always in uniform of a security at the gate. Night guard always sleeping. Why do we have them if they don't secure anything but a paycheck not the residents. Sucks because I do like the summit regardless of the high mortgage type rent....it's the people they ( the summit ) higher that makes this place not a good living experience. But yet want me to pay on time every time...and I have Niagara Falls in my bedroom that's NEVER been fixed properly. I'm not asking them ( summit ) to knock off some water charges since I have to keep using towels to try my room from constant water in my room. Don't see me raising a big deal with my insurance when the garage came crashing down on my vehicle scratching the paint that ( summit ) TRIED to say I backed into it & I'd be reliable for the payment & Stevie Wonder could have seen that was false. I just wanted thenm to fix what was OLD....they did a month later..but still didn't push the issue with my insurance company for them to paint my vehicle where it is damaged. Pay on time or quit is what they love to tell you. Not very friendly in Leasing. I'd definitely wouldn't recommend summit. Hire new leasing office people new security and not to mention maintenance. Ahhh man. They have maintenance who live and work in the building and all they do is go home. Drive they little cart home and stay for a while? Definitely don't recommend this place."
"This is a quiet community, family oriented and I feel safe walking around here. Grounds are beautiful. Conveniently located. Maintenance requests are generally handled right away. Marvin, head of maintenance is terrific and so is his crew. Leak in my bdrm ceiling was quickly repaired in a short amount of time. His crew was very courteous and knowledgeable. I love living here."
