"We moved here a little over a month ago from a bit smaller of a community in Valley Village. It's such a breath of fresh air to feel like the entire staff really cares about the tenants and are consistently friendly and helpful. From before we moved in I had told Cindy in the office that we wanted just one specific floorplan that they offer. When it became available, she immediately called and emailed me so we could put in our application. Most community managers can't be bothered and it helped us make our choice! Since then, Cindy and the rest of the team have always been helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff is also really on top of things, especially Milton. We moved in the week between Christmas and New Year so I assumed that no one would really be around to help with maintenance needs. Not so! I put in a request through the app for our shower rod to be hung and to let them know our mail key didn't work and within an hour or so, Milton took care of it! Since then, we only had one very small issue with the dishwasher but Milton took care of it and is very friendly as well. I've lived in many places around LA and this is by far the best community I've been in."

"The Avalon team really does try their best to make a community here with the different events they hold. We were able to stop by for different food they were offering such as wings and cane's and we were even able to win a whole turkey for thanksgiving through a scavenger hunt in common areas. Of course there are always positives and negatives where ever you live, but these events definitely make our experience living here better."

"I have been living here for over a year now and it’s been very comfortable here. It’s a secured and safe place and I love the Latch system where we don’t need a key to unlock the doors. We just need to access the app from our phone, makes it so much easier especially when guests come over. The swimming pool is getting upgraded as well, I’m excited to see what’s new. And I must mention the Maintenance team’s hard work. They come to help us even at nights. It’s so easy to request for help through the app. If we request for any service, it’s taken care very quickly. We don’t need to wait for days. This is the part I like the most. I also love the fun events/activities that happen every now and then along with yummy food. And I like the fact that this place is so close to Costco, Walmart, mall and a lot of grocery stores."

"My fiancé and I have lived here since May and we are both very happy with the place! Especially the resident events! I am a teacher who works all day (at school and at home!) and it is so nice to have these resident events to partake in. It’s such a great feeling to come home after a long day to feel welcomed and appreciated with these resident events. Thank you so much and I can’t wait for what the new year holds for all of us!"
