The Plisky Group

"Pros: Plisky group has extremely high standards. Cons: these standards only apply to anyone other than them. (mike was even late for the showing) This was the first time for me when I decided not to rent the house because of who is managing it. Funny the lanlord of that house keeps losing money even though its a nice house. And we got approved. And within the parameters of my search this is the cheapest house, so not when rented it will be rented for cheaper than any other comparable but despite all of that its already on the market for an unnecessary MONTH even though we applied for it the next day the listing was posted. Now, as to why we would go with any other house other than them - they try to be as difficult as possible. Even though they had our verified 800 credit score, our pay stubs, our w2, our banking statements and made us go through the outside of zillow verification they also wanted a printed-signed-scanned confirmation from our jobs. REALLY? just a confirmation email doesnt work anymore? now, they also wanted all 3 of our landlords to submit info on EACH of us separately (even though we lived together). Unfortunately, this was not it. they also requested a letter to the owner of the house, and after weeks of them thinking, we got a response we are accepted but cannot move in faster than one week after we sign a one way acceptance letter (no obligation to them) and send the money (around 3x monthly). when I asked if we could give the deposit at signing of the lease this funny guy said "send us the moneys and we will send you the lease" - this is an actual quote. I really cant imagine how bad this is to if you actually sign something with them. very difficult guys, stay away."

"We listed our home with him a while back. He lost our dream house by getting a buyer for our home who didn’t qualify. Everything was done, We were packing & had the inspection, and we were very excited - did our address change, changed schools even and nobody contacted us, nothing. I will never forget it. The owners of our new house were devastated also. They sold it to the next available buyer. I was absolutely heartbroken and still am, that was my dream home."
