The Vines At Riverpark

"My wife and I rented a townhouse here for 22 months now. Pros: The townhouse we are renting was spotless upon move in. The neighbors and neighborhood is very quiet. There is an excellent walking trail and many small parks for kids and pets. We had to request maintenance for our AC and The Vines had someone out the very next day and the issue (a blown capacitor) was corrected at that time. We recently moved out of state for an employment opportunity. The management worked with us to get the unit re-leased and saved us 2 months off our contract. Cons: A bit on the high side for rent. Summary: If the price is within your budget I would highly recommend checking out the property."

"Nothing compares to the attention and customer support from The Vines. I've lived in other apartment communities and no place reached the level that The Vines is in. A couple of weeks ago I had a plumbing issue and Sonia was quick to reply. She showed urgency with the problem and ensured that she did everything in her power to get it fixed. Not only that but after it had been fixed, she gave us a call asking if she needed to stop by to make sure it was corrected properly. My family and I felt like we matter to the community, and that we are not just another number. Thank you so much Sonia for being courteous and professional as always! Such a joy to live here!"
