"The male employee making the food and putting it out is rude, argumentative, and obnoxious. He was arguing and raised his voice with an customer about a pick up time loud enough the entire store heard him. The employee was going back to the kitchen and turned around and walked back to the customer just to argue again and get the final word in. I've never seen this type of inappropriate behavior and unprofessionalism with a Kwik trip employee before. The employee escalated that interaction. Even his co-workers were shaking their heads in disbelief. My family will not be back at this location."

"I stopped in today 08/27/23 at around 500pm to get a box of brownies for work. There were none available out to be purchased. I spoke with Nick and inquired about getting some brownies. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. He got me a box from the freezer and iced them with frosting for me. I worked retail management for over 20 years and if I still did I would hire this man in a heartbeat. he was pleasant, kind, helpful, and happy to be doing it. Thank you so much Nick you really made an impression on me. GREAT JOB NICK!"
