"I called on Thursday to get a spoke replacement on my magnum peak ebike, I bought my bike from a private seller and the bike hub staff fix it no questions ask, they also made adjustments to my steering column, adjusted brakes, lubed the chain ect. They unloaded my bike and loaded my bike as well when done doing the service and before working on my bike they called me and gave an accurate estimate prior to doing the service ! I picked up my bike with in 24 hours of dropping it off. Best service and knowledge staff !"
"I am new to Green Bay and was looking for a place to service my e-bike. All other places in Green Bay said NO, except The Bike Hub. I was immediately greeted with how can I help you time I entered the door with a smile. You can tell the employees love what they do. They help me lift my e-bike off my car bike rack and made a brake adjustment really quickly and with a smile. This is the place to GO!!"
"One of the best places to buy bikes in Green Bay. Knowledgeable friendly staff. They'll explain their products and why you should consider any changes to your current setup. You can also take any bikes out for a test run. Strongly recommend if you're looking to go biking. I also bring my bike in for maintenance and they do a great job."
"I like the location of the place it's easy to get to and plenty of free parking lots of room to load a bicycle. They have a female technician and female friendly which is Applause for a female going in there to buy a bike. The cool part of this is the shop realize everybody doesn't want to go to Reno on an expensive racing type bike. So they have a selection of bikes that the average person can ride around town and just enjoy. And they have some of the bikes displayed outside in the showroom which I thought was really cool."
