"I have been a patient for about 3 years now. Like any doctor’s office you will wait the typical 15-30 minutes to see the doctor while only getting to talk to the doctor for 5 minutes. I was just there before the holidays (November, 14, 2023) to get a new prescription and my insurance denied it. I called the office to get it sorted or maybe at least get the doctor to give me a different brand of prescription that would work with my insurance. Unfortunately, it’s taken this office 2 months to even bother to fix it. I still have not received my prescription and the office doesn’t seem to care that I’m out either. I’ve called 4 times to get this sorted and no one seems to help. The quality of this type of care from this office also costs me $20 per minute, because he is out of my network. I thought Dr. Gupta would be worth it since the reviews were good, but I was wrong. This office is a waste of time and money. I would not recommend Dr. Gupta to ANYONE!"
