"The front office staff were very unfriendly, unhelpful and unpleasant. They have annoyed expressions on their face and do not look you in the eyes when speaking to you. Nurse forgot to put my child’s BP into the chart."

"My experience at this branch is still causing me anxiety. My son was born prematurely. For this reason and personal convictions, we aim to stay on top of all appointments and vaccinations. Next week, we’ll be traveling with him to our family in France, and because of this disorganized staff who LIED to me, he will be traveling with only partial protection. Knowing and noting our concerns when appointments were made, our appointments were delayed, rescheduled and cancelled 4 TIMES. When I said to the staff calling to reschedule- we could go to ANY OFFICE or see ANY DOCTOR to ensure we’d meet the vaccine schedule amidst our travel concerns. I was lied too, there were no available appointments, and on a second occasion: there was no walk in list; and on a third occasion: there was no way to see what other locations had available. Finally, some kind staffer- suggested I call another branch directly. Within 5 minutes, my son had an appointment, I received confirmation of walk ins being allowed and this other location DID have the ability to cancel/ schedule at any branch. I’m a first time mother, who has no local village or family, who is new to San Diego… I wish I had listened to my intuition instead of the staff here, if I hadn’t listened to the staff, this multiple weeks long ordeal with scheduling wouldn’t have put us in this situation where my son is at higher risk. Do yourself a favor and avoid this branch, at least in our case, there was no understanding of our concerns for our son or where they may be coming from."

"No respect for peoples time making baby and toddler patients wait 30 minutes and more to be seen! They need to schedule more time between appointments if they cannot provide medical service according to appointment times. Very tired and stressed parents find it difficult to entertain sick and even health children in a tiny waiting room with no toys and and tiny TV only half the room can see and no one can hear. Would like the drs to make a change in their operations."

"They don't understand the meaning of appointment and time !! 30 minutes wait time is a very normal thing even for a 2 months advance taken appointment. Sometime Dr is even 1 hr late after actual appointment time and then excuses some lame reasons. Sometime they don't even hesitate blaming patients that they came 10 minutes late that's why Dr was 50 minute late..funny. Looking for different options now !"

"Used to frequent here. Took my son in for a checkup. Didn’t even see a doctor. In and out, your kid is healthy. Charged nearly $400. Wonderful, right? $400 for 10 minutes. Be prepared if you come here to pay that. Truly glad to not go here anymore, and am telling every friend with a child that I know to avoid it. In the process of paying it now. They’ve stolen my money. Don’t let them steal yours."
