"STAY AWAY. If you deliver with early a.m. appointment they will keep you close to 4 hours after your appointment time. And broker Echo Global doesn’t pay detention either. AVOID them if you can."
"My experience delivering at this customer with an appointment time of 2359. 1700: arrival the lady at the office was nice and checked me in and explained their procedures. 2145: assigned a docked 1030: lumper fee was texted and paid 0150: unloading 0220: unloading completed 0400: green light (finally) Another nightmarish customer. 1 star for the lady that checked me in early."
"Well, I got disappointed with some reviews but, here you go! I arrived 18:00 for my 22:00 appt. Checked in but had to wait till 21:30 when I got a call to get my assigned dock! Their appt is from 22:00 - 04:00! So I got the dock 21:45, start unloading & got empty by 23:45! Not too bad.. be awake cuz you gonna receive msg for lumper fees! Clean restroom & overnight parking ! Super friendly people … Amazing !"
