"The doctors seem ok. The office staff and "case manager" are atrocious. I left with out getting blood work paper work and the case Manger calls with the worst additude, saying I need to come back right now and pick it up. First I am a customer, I don't have to do anything, especially jump when you say. Watch how you speak to me. When I tried to explained it was no big deal, I have blood work to be done by a specialist and the PA said I could wait on theirs. She cuts me off and starts talking to PA saying stuff I didn't say. When I try to correct her and say please reiterate what I said correctly, she goes off. I had to hang up. Something is seriously wrong with this place. I do have to update my review. The office staff is actually pretty ok. I honestly think I was more frazzled trying to find the office and being a few minutes late and putting off bad energy myself. But the office manager is extremely unprofessional. I had to go back to have paper worked filled out today and she thanked me for my review. Totally unprofessional, she made it apoint to let me know we had a disagreement yesterday. Really made me feel uncomfortable for no reason. I was just there to have dr fill out forms. No need to interact with me what so ever. The office staff was great today, making me realize it was me yesterday, but not the phone thing. I didn't even know what the office manger looked like. She seemed to have a lot of animosity for me. Hope you feel better. Custer service is hard."

"The staff are absolutely amazing they’re so friendly and very helpful. Dr. sheriff is amazing as well. He really takes the extra step to help and really does care about all of his patients and the staff are absolutely amazing. They are truly very very helpful and very kind. We came in with no appointment and they were able to get us an appointment same day within our they helped us with paperwork with everything that we needed. They were so amazing. Next time we will bring Starbucks."

"I have been bringing my son here since he was born, almost 11 years now. They have always had the nicest staff, cleanest rooms, and actually care for their patients. Today we came in without an appointment to have a sports physical filled out so our son could stay on his team, after all his hard work they said it would be 72hours to have the form refilled out. After explaining the urgency these amazing people took the time to listen and understand and where able to squeeze us in last minute. I will continue to tell everyone I know how wonderful this office is not only for the care they give to the kids but to the care and understand they give for the parents!
