Received a phone call that the dr was going to have a medical emergency on that day three weeks out and that they did not have another appointment until April. Staff is horrible almost impossible to get them on the phone. Stay Away."

"Great doctor staff, OK nursing staff, terrible support system. I used to love taking my kids to Bakersfield Pediatrics. They had appointments available most of the time on short notice when my kids got sick. Now, it's an act of Congress to make an appointment, even when kids have bad enough symptoms, and its been like this since their change of ownership. Goodbye Bakersfield Pediatrics..."

"My baby went in for his 9mnth appointment. As usual ABRN Whitbey was amazing, she answered my questions and concerns. I walked in was helped by the receptionist at front , she is always friendly and helpful when scheduling the next appointment. I also had a great experience with the nurse that did my babies measuring, weighing and who gave him his shots. Doctor's appointments are hard, if you have a sick cranky baby or you leave with a sad cranky baby(vaccines) you want your visit to be as comfortable and stress-free as possible. They do this here. Last, I have had to call them for medical questions. They are so helpful. I appreciate them a lot."

"My son's initial and last visit with this clinic. Receptionist was rude and not friendly or maybe just to me because she said hello and good morning to everyone same race as her except me. Took my son's insurance card and my identification card like I have communicable disease. MA and Audrey NP were friendly and helpful. Maybe management needs to train their front desk employees how to be friendly with all races. Thanks."
