"Way overpriced. I'd much rather buy my spices elsewhere. This place is all hype, but it is actually really bad.. We had super high expectations, but the spices we bought and used on our food was dull at best, and chalky at worst. Would not recommend."

"If you like to cook, you need to come to Penzeys! I always stock up on basics, like baking spices (especially their cinnamon!) and chili powder here, but we love their blends too, and always have Sandwich Sprinkle and Pasta Sprinkle and pizza seasoning on hand. There are always friendly ladies to help you find what you need in store, but curbside pickup is a convenient option too."

"Very friendly staff and nice store layout. Be sure to sign up for emails so you get their awesome promo deals in your inbox. Just a heads up, the emails often contain commentary on current politics, which certainly doesn't bother me, but it might be a bit much for those who lean a little differently. Still, keep those emails and scroll to the deals. They have so many deals all the time, it's hard for me because I've run out of cabinet space. I wish they sold their Bold Taco Seasoning in half-gallon jugs. It's a favorite. Anyway, this location in Greenfield is always well-kept and organized with very friendly staff that always greet you and ask if you need help or have questions."

Their product goes well on all foods, frozen or fresh. The employees are always friendly when I go in to pick up my order! The vanilla and cinnamon are the best of the best out there and worth paying a bit more. Soup bases are tasty and Sunny Paris is a great seasoning for pasta salads, eggs and just about everything else. With the promotions you can try new spices, sandwich sprinkles, etc for just a $1, so no guilt if you don't use often. Sales associates are kind. Taylor is a great new addition and is super personable. Variety is the spice of life so head to Penzeys often."
