"A fantastic chain restaurant offering "Mediterranean Chipotle" style build your own Bowls and Pita Sandwiches with a variety of options to customize, fresh ingredients, and delicious flavors. From a food standpoint, if you even slightly enjoy Mediterranean food, you'll be able to make something that suits your tastes here. Costs are quite palatable too: $15 to $20 for a meal and a drink, with the meals being quite filling. From an atmosphere standpoint, however, this location really needs to invest into some acoustic insulation. I get that they're going for a "restored industrial" vibe with the exposed ceiling, but it creates such a reverb/echo that it's challenging to hear the servers on the other side of the counter, let alone someone sitting next to you in the dining area. A few other minor complaints/points of feedback: - Their craft soda & juice/tea options are quite nice, but only offers a single diet / sugar-free option. - The sodas fountain generates a massive foam head that takes forever to reduce, meaning a half glass is the best you can fill without waiting 5 minutes. - The placards on the counter that detail what the options are for each station (base, dips, mains, toppings, dressings) are situated on the far side, making them difficult to read while waiting in line. - The dine-in bowls are strangely slippery, causing them to slide all over the table with the lightest force from a fork or spoon when eating. - The greens on offer for bases are not cut to bite sizes (at least the spinach isn't) and no knives are offered with the cutlery to do it yourself when dining. Perhaps baby spinach would be a better choice of base? As a final note, if you're like me and prefer to have the ingredients of your bowls mixed instead of layered, I recommend ordering your meal "to go" so that they give you a lid, which makes it easy to shake the offerings into a coarse mix."

"I have been visiting this location for the past month, and I must say that all the workers are incredibly polite. I appreciate that I can customize my bowls exactly how I want them, and despite what some people say about portions, I find mine are always good. The bowls are consistently filling, and I'm always satisfied. I want to give a shoutout to Kelly, TJ, and Joya for providing some of the best customer service I've experienced. They are consistently polite and engage in friendly conversations with me whenever I'm there. Sometimes, I even visit the location just to chat with them. It might sound funny, but since I don't leave the house much, it's refreshing to have a conversation with people once in a while."

"I like cava however they need to do better with the employees & arrangements! Why do you not have more people on the line serving to make the lines go down & smoother. As someone who was a manager of a restaurant that should be very important so the workers aren’t stressed & rushing! Feeling overwhelmed with anxiety. Their lemonade is alright needs a little sweetness & even the teas as well! Could be better"

"Firstly let me start off by saying the food was absolutely amazing!! especially for my first time there. I was so indecisive and the staff were very patient with me and even giving suggestions which helped me so much! The atmosphere of the whole place was very nice and had a lot of good and positive vibes/attitudes. I am definitely going back for more, everything tasted so fresh and perfectly seasoned!"

"So not only was the food absolutely amazing, it was fresh and cooked to order but the service was amazing too! The employees were all nice and kind, really patient with me too. It was my first time ordering from here and I was a little nervous because they were many options but they were so patient and helped me by explaining everything they had. Now the atmosphere blew me away also, I felt as if I was actually welcomed, many food establishments these days don’t offer that type of feeling when you enter and the fact that this place does is amazing! I will be back and I highly suggest you guys try this out! It’s worth it!!"
