Fifteen Fifty

"Currently here for a short term business trip using a furnished unit, and the experience thus far has been disappointing. The main issue has been a roach infestation that the management has not been able to resolve completely, despite visits from an exterminator (going on about two weeks). I was shocked to find the apartment littered with dead insects upon arrival, in addition to a malfunctioning heating/air conditioning system and refrigerator. This raised an alarm for me in terms of whether the management actually inspects/maintains the units before giving keys out or let's them collect dust until needed. In fairness, the refrigerator and heating/air conditioning issues were eventually resolved after several communications via email and raising concerns with the front desk staff. However, the experience of having to deal with no refrigerator or heat right off the bat for several days and the ongoing problem with roaches has soured my experience. In short, not the experience I was expecting for the amount being charged here and in no way justifying it either...steering towards never staying here again for future business trips but hopefully the experience improves sooner than later. Exercise scrutiny if you plan on staying here. Plus side: Front desk staff (minus one in particular) and valet staff are nice and helpful. Limited gym equipment kept in relatively good condition. Walkable distance to several restaurants."
