"The best thing about this place is probably the location. But the negatives.... oof Where do I even start? Management is so difficult to get a hold off. They've charged me 2x my rent, which takes weeks to get corrected. Packages are routinely stolen. Several washers/dryers do not function. I've been in situations where my buzzer to get into the building didn't work, called for help, and was told it wasn't an urgent situation that I couldn't enter the building. Avoid if possible."

"The worst experience I have had. I booked an appointment to see an apartment and they never showed up in addition to the fact that the reception was a chaotic. I was glad to leave the building."

"Another one…. Made an appointment to see the apartment. Received multiple confirmation emails and no one showed up to show the place. Called all the numbers listed, no one picked up. Delivery guy said there’s never anyone at the front desk so I left having wasted an hour and a half of my time!"

"If I could 0 stars to this place I would. I have never witnessed such HORRIBLE management in my entire life. I waited for 45 minutes for someone to show up to my scheduled tour and not a singular person did. I called 5 times to be told I would receive a call back and not a singular call. Finally after my 7th time speaking to someone I was told their leasing office was closed. After receiving a confirmation email earlier today going over the instructions for the tour that is scheduled today. I would not recommend this place to anyone because clearly they have horrible management and if they don't care about their potential residents I doubt they care about their current residents."

"I scheduled an appointment through the website and was there on time but got stuck outside the building. I called their numbers about 10 times and they all eventually went to the voicemail. I also tried to call from the call box in front of the building and no one answered. Finally, a current resident let me get into the building and found out no one was at the front desk (see pic) at all. I spent about an hour getting there, it is totally a waste of my time and energy. I even got the notification a day ago for the appointment so don't say it wasn't scheduled at the beginning. It was such a shame that no one has called me back to explain the situation, even though I have left a voice mail."
