"UPDATE DECEMBER 2019 AFTER MOVING OUT. I just received my deposit back, and was charged $120 to shampoo a tiny apartment after 16 months. In my opinion that is a bit excessive for 550sf minus the kitchen, dining area, and bathroom. The apartment was spotless when I moved out, and there were no stains or damage to the carpet. However, the apartments are still a great value for seniors. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I’ve lived here for six months now, and love the place. My neighbors are wonderful, the front office staff is responsive, and the maintenance crew is on the ball. The grounds are lovely. Though the pool and hot tub are very popular I’ve never used them. There hasn’t been a wait to use a laundry machine in the small laundry room in the clubhouse (many units have a washer and dryer). My friends were here one Saturday afternoon and we played mah-jongg on the comfortable clubhouse tables. I feel very fortunate to live here!"
