Shannon Bay Apartments

"I lived here for 6 months. Worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. Management is absolutely pathetic and the maintenance guy is a joke! I have full write ups on everything that was broken the first day I moved in and nothing was fixed for months. I would wait by the front door for the maintenance guy to come between the times he was coming, only to see him place a sorry we missed you sticker on it without even bothering to knock. I had a broken toilet, leaking sink, broken AC, broken fire place, broken Refrigerator, only one outlet worked in kitchen, no microwave and the outside storage room on my balcony was full of trash that was left by previous tenant. Took them two weeks to clean it out. And 3 months to fix everything. I asked for compensation on my monthly rent because I was paying for things I couldn’t use. I was compensated $100 off my rent for one single month. for 3 months of hell. Skip this place. I promise you’ll be happy you did. If I could give it a lower score I would."

"Me and my son are gladly able to call this place their home. It's clean isn't very nice Apartments and the neighborhood is good and management is good. We love it here!!!"

"Worst apartment complex we ever lived at, everything was fine till the management and maintenance was replaced by incompetent selfish people. The manager used her apartment as a daycare (kids watching kids), which is clearly against the rules !! She would have all her friends and family park under the awning, which is RESERVED for RESIDENT ONLY PARKING, but she could've cared less, cause she was the manager, and she can get away with anything. She also had her 'husband' using the ENTIRE parking lot as a storage for all his stolen cars, again, in RESIDENT PARKING SPOTS, then when she was confronted about it, she said they were cars for her sons when they get their drivers licenses, wow what a snake. She also had her mother living with her and others that were NOT on the lease. The maintenance dude was a jerk, always complained about children making noise and waking him up from his beauty sleep IN THE AFTERNOON. Once our child took out the trash and spilt a little in front of the dumpster (god forbid), and this big baby goes and collects the couple pieces of trash that my child dropped an dumped it on our door step and left a cowardess letter basically telling us about how incompetent we are, and signed it with a ' winking' emoji face ! Stuff like that, just a complete loony toon. Once a happy place turned into filth. I guess that's what happens when you bring the ghetto into a solid community. Long story short, we decided to leave, so we cleaned the place spotless, and when the manager came to inspect it, she was dinging us for pittly things like light dust on the window sill. My wife told her with emphasis, that the maintenance guy was just gonna play his stereo, and sit around collecting hours so he could take up as much of our deposit as he could, she told my wife that he doesn't do that, well later on, low and behold, we only got 5% of our deposit back, no surprise there. Just a couple of crooks, nothing more. SKIP THIS COMPLEX AT ALL COSTS, YOU WILL NOT BE MISSING ANYTHING !!!!!!!!!!!"

"I love it here! It is full of beautiful tree's, Quiet, very clean, all of my neighbors are helpful & friendly, the manager is an amazing person and the maintenance is excellent!!!!! I am very fortunate to live in such great place.....!"
