"They take too long to fix anything and routinely ignore some requests. They are also routinely not in the office when they are supposed to be. I would not recommend this place. Mold issues also that i have heard from previous residents and general quality issues such as old carpet they refuse to replace. General upkeep problems. Look at the flooding photo. Floods every year, management could care less. Residents have to waddle theough water like this every year. There gate does not automatically open when you leave. You have to get out and punch the number by hand if youre a guest. How stupid."

"Almost 6months of living here and haven’t had any major problems. Very much a family based community; children friendly environment. Office hours are during working day hours which is the only down side, although, if you call and leave a message, management gets back to you within hours. Thankful to have found this hidden gem within the hustle and bustle of Citrus Heights."
