I was asked to signed the lease before I've had the chance to view the property. They are very persistence when it come to collect their deposit to make sure you signed and agreed. The first time I was schedule to view the property nobody showed up, I waited there for about 20 minutes when I reached out to RNB I was told the person in charge of meeting to show the property was running 15 minutes late, If I wanted to view the property I had to wait 15 more minutes. Now I'm dealing with RNB maintenance department for all of the itemized stamen. I've been told by Todd in this department that "prior to us moving in they took 408 pictures of the property" still rented in those condition the place was not properly clean or sanitized. Please be careful before you signed any contract with them, view the property to make sure is in good condition,"
