"I doubt that any star above one is legitimate. Vienna Property Management acts like they're doing you a favor by treating you like garbage and expecting you to comply with their every whim. I will never use this company to look for a place. I tried several times to talk to an actual agent and the only time I got to talk to an agent was for them to tell me that everything is done through text message. They refused to talk to me. Then I get a bunch of automated text messages and I have to fill out my application via text. I was told that I could schedule a date to check the property but instead they sent me a date and time via text and my only option was to accept it or not. Never once did I actually get to talk to a human being about the property. Not one single time. They refuse to do anything except through text which is all automated. That's extremely lazy. They are the most unprofessional and unpersonable organization that I have ever seen in my life. If they think that they can treat someone like that who's not even under contract with them yet, then imagine how they're going to be once you actually fill out a contract with them. Vienna property management is a joke and seriously needs to relook their business practices."

"This property management is a scam. I booked a tour on their website for the 3071 Tice Creek Way, Sacramento, CA 95833 listing that I found on Zillow. It ended being a self-guided tour, which I wasn't made aware of until after I had already provided all my personal information. Their website routed me to a 3rd party website, Rently, that they use to verify potential residents prior to booking a tour. I had to provide my personal information (ID, credit card, etc) and then after it verified me, I got a text with a code along with the property management's info to go view the home at said date and time. I went to the property on said date and time, entered in the code for the lock, and it didn't work. Called the number on the text and left a voicemail. Some agent called me back but couldn't help so she said she'd route it to someone else. I never heard back from anyone. My personal information is now saved and stored within their 3rd party service they utilized. Will be further reporting this platform."

"Vienna Property Management Staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional in property management! I leaned about Vienna Property Management through my client and a former tenant in one of the properties managed by Vienna Property Management. During our conversation, my client felt very frustrated with Vienna Property Management because the Company was "too strict" in their property management.
