"I have lived at other apartment complexes and so have many of my friends but there is NOTHING out there that is comparable to sunrise creek. The rent is affordable for the peace of mind you get living here. This is a family-friendly and pet-friendly complex and all of the tenants are really great neighbors. The grounds are well-kept with weekly landscaping, there’s garages available for extra storage, and an entire garden area for growing your vegetables!! The maintenance is on top of your work orders and the management is exceptional. I would stay forever if there was three bedroom units here, but after 4.5 years my family has outgrown our unit here. A huge thank you to Lou and Allen for the amazing time I’ve spent here at sunrise creek!"

"Sunrise Creek is an older apartment complex, but what may seem a bit dated to some is offset by the superior property management here. It's the little and not-so-little things you notice. The pool area is always pristine. The security gate is always functioning. The dog poop bag dispenser is always stocked. Non-tenant vehicles are not permitted to collect dust, fester, and suck up parking spaces. Despite the best attempts from some tenants to transform the trash area into a scene out of Armageddon, it always gets cleaned out and restored. Service requests are always filled in a timely and professional manner. There's a good overall vibe here, and you feel safe. My son has lived here for three years, and I moved in this past fall after selling my Sacramento home of 21 years. The moves were beneficial for both of us. The location is excellent as well, with its proximity to Roseville. Ultimately, thanks go to Lou and Alan for doing such superior work managing and maintaining the property!"

"Lou was an amazing landlord he took care of all of our maintenance needs. He took a chance on us with our not so good credit but good income. He was probably the best landlord we have ever had and that was the hardest part about leaving, but due to our growing family we needed more space. Anyone looking to move here it is a good community everyone stays to themselves they keep landscaping there the constantly upkeep the grounds. The rent is not bad at all for all that you get. "I absolutely loved my experience at Sunrise Creek. I was there for almost a year and it was the most pleasant living situation. The manager Diane is just amazing. She is absolutely honest, understanding and approachable. The complex is clean, calm and well kept and I believe that is because of Diane. She is well respected by her tenants, not to mention she cares and this reflects throughout. Maintenance is 5 star for sure. I had maybe two issues during my stay and they were addressed before I was home from work that same day. My neighbors were great, the location is perfect and I honestly can't wait to return. Huge thank you Diane and the Sunrise Creek Apartments!!"
