Hacienda Apartments

"Do not let the paid-off reviewers convince you otherwise. As a tenant of 10 years and after seeing the complex switch managers multiple times and the quality-of-life here drastically decrease, I will now begin to publicly report on the problems that I have experienced. This will happen over multiple reviews. Starting today, I have seen a second young boy remove his pants in public and * URINATE * on the property. He removed his pants and peed into a puddle in the parking lot. The first time this happened, a young boy dropped his pants and * URINATED * on the walkway concrete between housing units. With the invitation and acceptance of refugees within the last 4-5 years, the amount of trash has increased to the point where dumpsters are no longer used and biological, chemical, and material trash are stored inches away from the dumpsters. Children are also allowed to run freely into the parking lot and climb onto vehicles without any parental supervision. Unlike ever before, the complex is overrun with small children and their toys and books to the point where books and trash and food and candy are left on the walkways and behind bushes. Not to mention, the occasional diaper. The apartment property managers have seemingly allowed the establishment of multiple daycares for refugee children, this increases foot and vehicle traffic, trash, and thereby disease and sickness. Within the last few months, there has been an increase in vehicular break-ins and mailbox break-ins. At this point, this is no longer a content neighborly place where tenants smile and greet one another. With the exception of a handful of kind people, most of your neighbors will stare you down, stay in the street and block your cars, reserve parking spots with their bodies, and keep their kids in the street without telling them to move out of the way. No matter how many times management notifies the tenants, the tenants do not understand the language. This is the problem of absent discernment when accepting applicants. In addition to the social issues plaguing this once great complex, the entire property is held together by band-aid fixes. Because of this, leaks during rain and compromised structural integrity are on the rise. Not to mention, the entire property floods when it rains heavily. Will keep you posted."

Not only were there hidden fees throughout my tenancy, but upon move-out, I was slapped with an exorbitant cleaning bill despite leaving the apartment spotless. It's clear they're more interested in squeezing every penny from tenants than maintaining a fair and transparent relationship. Save yourself the headache and find another place to live. Avoid at all costs."

"It was nice to live there. The manager called Kathryn she is a nice woman and helpful to everyone. The maintenance Steve is a hard-working man!!! Good person. Note: we left there to change just lifestyle. Aging, thanks to all of you guys for helping us during the time we were living there."
