"The manager for the leasing office has been changing so no one knows what’s really going on. Complaints are just that. No one takes care of complaints or does anything to help the tenants. I have been dealing with black mold in my apartment for over 2 months and I’m not the only tenant experiencing this. I’m pretty sure it’s in the air of my apartment. Before moving me into another unit they want a $2500 fee that was just brought to my attention in may. Even when agreeing to pay the unfair amount they will not help me escape the mold until it’s paid in full. They’re also asking for rent on top of that instead of making some accommodations. So even with us agreeing to pay the fee in two payments along with rent. They want the fee in full before they help at all. I’m confused on why they’d treat tenants this way when all we want is to escape the mold."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! I've had my car broken into and my bike stolen off my balcony, and I'm on the 2nd floor, in a gated community! The complex security is a joke when it comes to noise complaints, taking as long as 2 hours to arrive. The leasing office doesn't answer the phone more than half the time, and also doesn't call back when you leave a message. Sometimes, they're not even in the office at all. The gates for the complex and pool should be closed at a certain time, yet the complex gate is broken or wide open when it's not supposed to be at times, and people will be in the pool late at night yelling and splashing around. And the lack of insulation in these apartments? Yikes! You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do, even if you're on the top floor. Them snoring, talking, closing doors, doing laundry, TV playing... You can hear the squirrels running across the roof and the roofers sweeping (it is the loudest thing I've ever heard, so good luck trying to sleep in). The construction from nearby apartments... The shower drain has no stopper, so you can't take a bath, and the washer and dryer can't be run at the same time. Then there's the issue I had with gnats when I moved in (which lasted for months), no clean filters in my fridge, and a leak... Worst apartment I've ever been in. Do not stay here."

"Chelsea is always very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about her job. She has a heart to serve and does her job in excellence! Very pleased with how I am treated by her. Not to mention, she is always smiling!!"

"We have lived here for 6 months and have been very pleased with the staff and service. Whenever we have an issue to address (minor maintenance issues) Jerry is quick to show up and resolve them. The gals in the office are helpful and plan fun monthly socials to encourage tenants to get to know each other (no pressure though). I work from home and have loved being here since it is a very quiet environment. Neighbors are respectful and we have always felt safe being here."
