Sierra Regency Apartments

"Second year in a row with no hot water for a week in winter. Had to boil water on the stove and fill the tub for a hot bath! It was suppose to be fix "by 5pm 2/20." It's 2:30 am 2/21 and the "hot water" caps out at 75 degrees. Picture shows that temp after the "hot water" was running for a min of 15 minutes! Second pic is at 5am! Still no hot water at 3pm 2/21, it's been 7 days! Again at 3am, now on 2/23, still no hot water! This is the 9th day in a row were I have awoken to below 70 degree "hot water"! "California Civil Code Section 1941.1 states that a landlord is responsible for maintaining the habitabiliy of a rental unit, including ensuring that hot water be available. If your landlord has failed to repair the hot water, you may have the right to withhold rent until the repairs are made or to pursue other remedies, such as a rent reduction." -justia.com"

"BRING BACK EPIFFONY‼️‼️‼️‼️ They take forever to fix anything everyone is temporary and nothing works inside the apartments. They wil move you in take your money and not do a damn thing to help. My dishwasher has been broken for MONTHS. Hvac too but because they dont want to replace it my bill is now almost $300 a month. Now its completely dead in the middle of winter and they have no rush not even when i have 2 small kids in the home. Unprofessional and I'm gathering a case for my attorney. This is ridiculous."

"I just want to say that I don't write reviews, but after the ongoing pattern of ignoring phone calls and inquiries I think I should put this out there. This place looks awesome, but unfortunately I have never been able to get ahold of the front desk. The only time I did was when the maintenance man had answered and he rudely stopped me in the middle of my sentence telling me he didn't know anything about the listings and to call later. This was weeks ago! I am in need of a place due to circumstances surrounding the pandemic, and this complex is walking distance to my work and close to CSUS, so it's ideal for me. I have called, written inquiries on all the website listings, and even paid to send in my application via fax because it is impossible to speak to someone. In a time of need, this is not an ideal way to represent yourself, your complex and your management."

"The management is nice and the apartments are beautiful but parking is absolutely TERRIBLE. Almost always on of our cars is parked down the street and we have to walk into the apartment complex. It's quiet enough place to live."
