"Love the ambience of this place. It's a really large complex. My mother has lived there for some years. I even tried getting a rental here. The two bedrooms back then were 1500 and 1700 for the three bedrooms. I qualified for a bond but needed an extra 30-40 dollars to apply. They are slow to make repairs but the apartments are spacious and some even come with a garage."

"I have lived here for 9 months and have no issues with management or apartment place itself. Within this 9 months police have come with guns and what not arresting the guy that live right by my apartment. Also my car has been broken into twice and my window was broken. Taking my credit card only and using it at ride aid. Be aware that if this happens there is no cámaras available not on the back nor the front. Unless you park right in front of the office. Nice apartments with horrible surveillance."

"I didn’t get an apartment there because there was nothing available however I went in 5 times to check for availability. All 5 times the office staff were so professional and courteous. I thought going in that many times will annoy them and they won’t be so nice but I was wrong. I have been to so many different apartment complexes, no one has been as professional like Church hill apartments office staff. I am still looking for an apartment."

"I recently applied for one of their low income apartments. I went in to apply with all necessary paperwork and a leasing agent in training named Lorraine couldn't stop commenting on the amount of wages I made and continuously needed help from the other leasing agent Rasheeda. After going over my paperwork, they stated, that as a HH of 4, we were over qualified, but would submit the application. This worried me, and I asked about the probability of acceptance, and they stated they have seen applications be approved even though over qualified (over income). Besides, they wouldn't accept my application and money if we didn't meet the requirements right? Wrong. I was denied due to unemployment that will be discontinued in February. They stated that we could reapply in February, but then said we could not apply for one of their properties for another 6 months. Huh?! I was livid. I have attempted to reach someone at the office to better explain, but no one will return my calls. They also stated that I could not come in and pick up my holding fee and that it would be mailed to me. I was definitely not happy about that as we have to move very soon. I was not satisfied with their application process. New renters beware."

"They don't care what is going on around there and let their tenants park illegally. When confronted they hang up and give an attitude. Clearly they know what's happening because they won't let you finish explaining the situation before they cut you off. It may not seem relevant but think about how they'll deal with loud tenants, repairs, etc if they choose to hang up on us for asking them to ask their tenants to follow parking laws. Something to contemplate before living there."
