Riverbridge Apartments

"I lived at Riverbridge for two years and have nothing but good things to say about the complex and the staff. The apartments are updated, modernized, clean and in working order and the common spaces are well appointed and well maintained. One of my favorite features of the location is the very shaded and walkable neighborhood, as well as the direct access to the American River and the Guy West bridge (Sac State). The staff are very friendly and accommodating and are always there to help when you need it. Rachel and Matt are an exemplary manager and maintenance man respectively and I always felt that I could go to them and have my situation resolved in a timely manner. The price is right (for Sacramento), the location is wonderful and the complex is truly a fantastic find!"

"I lived here for 6+ years and would love to speak on all that I loved about this place but it’s been deeply marred by the lack of response (5 emails+phone call) by the property manager and SCP Management company. They never returned money owed after finishing lease prior to the end of the month. If you’re looking for a property that communicates with their tenants, this is NOT it."

"This place is HORRIBLE ALREADY! I have been calling these people multiple times for a whole week during their office hours to inquire about an apartment. They NEVER answer. They don't call back when you leave voicemails either. Judging on previous comments, I am staying away from here. Who wants to live in a place where you cant even get ahold of them during office hours? why have office hours if you're not going to do your job? This place is ridiculous."

"The new property manager, Paulette, lives on the property yet is never in the office making it difficult just to pick up our packages. Recently I heard of numerous tenants whose cars have been towed out of our gated lot, even though they have parking passes. It costs almost $300 just to get your car out. When she became a manager here she never introduced herself, I had no idea who she was nor did others. I have an emotional support animal and have never been questioned until she came into the office. She made me feel as if my ESA dog is not welcome here. If you have a question or package to pick up, good luck getting ahold of her."

"Mr. Ruiz is a great manager, very helpful! I would definitely recommend this place to a friend. The apartments are very well kept, no maintenance issues. Very good insulation from the weather. Clean carpet and clean walls. If you're on the second or third floor walking can make noises for the people downstairs but otherwise this is normal. Had no issues with any of the neighbors, friendly people. The area is fairly quiet. No issues finding parking either. Internet works flawlessly for work. Overall the experience here is very enjoyable, I would like to say thank you!"
