"I love that it's a quiet community no kids screaming or crying. Even the pool is nice and calm most days. I gave it 3 stars because I work full days, 6 days a week get alot of packages and the office is closes at 2 so It takes me weeks to get my stuff."
"We are in a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. The square footage is as large or larger than some homes we have seen. Because we are an end unit we really are not connected to a neighbor except the kitchen and even at that we never hear noise so we have privacy. The maintenance staff is friendly and fix things within a day or two. Office staff helpful. In my opinion the people who have complained that office is not pro people with small children crying etc is unwarranted. The website clearly says it is a quiet community and before applying to consider this if you have pets and children. We have many seniors here who appreciate a peaceful environment if possible. That includes the pool areas."
"Village Green Apartments was the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The complex is an oasis in the center of the Arden-Arcade area. The complex is beautifully landscaped and is quiet. There are many people who are 50+ who are residents so I never encountered any late night parties. The office staff and maintenance men felt like friends and we would casually talk whenever encountering one another."
"The one star is mostly just because of the rental office lady (aka Sunny). Super rude and disrespectful for no reason. Love the maintenance people, very helpful and nice."
"I lived there for more than a year WORST YEAR OF MY LIFE . if you have young children I really don't recommend this place for you. The management discriminate against families who has kids. The managment called me many times to ask my one year child not to cry. The management also comes with banch of lies that your neighbors are complaining. The management even asked my wife to not to vacuum the apartment every 2 days."
