"Pharmacy personnel are very professional."
"This pharmacy has lost my insurance information on every visit. Repeatably telling me I have no insurance and that I must pay full price. On my last visit they even told me my membership had expired (it wasn't and even if it was membership isn't required for pharmacy services). I even asked them if there something I am doing wrong... After 15-20 minutes of waiting I finally asked for them to just give me my script so I could pay and move on. This absolutely horrible attendant said "I am trying to help you sir, don't be rude". This is the most laughable part of this experience, she wasn't trying to help me, she was trying to fix their incompetence at the expense of my time. Now that's rude!!! She got paid for every second and I lost my valuable time while she made accusations. I surely dropped a deserved F bomb. This employee should be fired! Note to this person, don't tell someone that you're helping them when you created the problem (on multiple occasions)! I will never return."
