"I have been living here for about 6 months, the previous management had maybe on a good day 1 person in the leasing office- that person was always from another property that didn’t really know what’s going on. New management has a full staff of employees that help with any questions I may have either via email/call or in person. Maintenance is always on top of my requests inputted as well. Marcus specifically has helped me with questions about the transition and new online portal with the new management switch over which was greatly appreciated. You truly can tell Greystar is here to make The Eisley feel like a genuine home for its tenets."

"If you are a young woman who lives alone, this community may not be safe for you. You don't feel comfortable with having guest visit due to their property being damages or stolen. There is no extra parking, they have to park on the street and that my result in a parking ticket. There are even some residents that assigned parking is on the street. The first week I lived here, my younger sister was visiting and got two of her tires stolen off of her car. Every week there is a new car with broken windows. Just recently my work bag got stolen out of my car. I leave for work at different times of the night due to my job and I fear I'm going to encounter something very bad. This property does not make you feel safe."

"This place is a disaster and I would NEVER recommend this to anyone. While the leasing staff is nice, the complex itself is an absolute disaster. We had such a negative experience that my partner and I moved out 1 month early and just paid the remainder of the lease for our own peace and sanity. Where to begin...well when we moved in we were promised a gated parking spot only to find we were given street parking. This was our number 1 concern when viewing here and were promised a gated spot when signing. Our car has since been broken into over 5 times. If you drive a kia good luck - several kia were stolen or dumped in our complex. One car in particular was dumped and left on for over 3 days before someone did something. Since then the construction workers have taken over our spot and we could not do anything about it. Secondly, cockroaches! Be prepared. When we moved in we were surprised to find a dead cockroach in our unit on the kitchen floor. By reading other reviews it seems we're not the only ones and seems to be a recurring issue. We reported it and they had claimed to sign us up for our house to get sprayed. We had left and took our dogs the day they were suppose to come but to my surprise they never came! (We have cameras on the front door so we were checking all day) We ended up having to go purchase the materials ourself and bomb the house. They had nothing to say and were speechless when I confronted management about this. So ridiculous! These apartments are also very cheaply built. Don't let the pictures deceive you! Our "brand new" fridge broke TWICE within 3 months. The best part to this was their solution to this problem was instead of having having it repaired or switching it out with a different fridge, they had us remove our food and walk it down the hall to an empty unit. We had to go back and forth for THREE WEEKS just to get things from the fridge in the other empty unit. They finally ended up coming and switching it out with another unit after I threatened to break the lease and seek legal action - the only problem was the fridge that they swapped it with also broke with the same exact issue a few weeks later. Mind you this was only 1 month after moving in and we are the 1st ones to live in this unit. The caulking in the bathrooms and counters is completely cracking already. The water pressure also sucks in the showers! It's ridiculous, disgusting and embarrassing how dirty this complex is. I stopped bringing guest to our apartments for this reason. The dog poop is everywhere and they literally don't do anything about it. People just let their dogs poop anywhere without cleaning up and have zero disregard for it. At one point, there was a HUGE pile of BLOOD on our staircase that they took over 3 weeks to clean and only did so after I complained multiple times and raised concerns over it being a biohazard (see attached photo - if you don't see it below you can see the picture by clicking into the eisley photos from the page and scroll to the bottom). They tried claiming it was wine, but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to take one look at it and tell that it was indeed blood. Also the garbage - I'm not sure where to start. Garbage cans are constantly overflowing and they only change them when you complain. The hallways are disgusting because the valet trash service. They NEVER clean the hallways! Literally never. I have spiderwebs dropping down from the roof and dust and grime everywhere from the trash service. Lastly, after 1 week of living here the police showed up at the gates downstairs asking to be let into the gates. We let them in but to our surprise they had to kick the front door down to one of the neighboring units and demanded everyone stay in their apartment units for safety. To this day we're not sure what happened but the front door and side paneling have not been repaired to this day. Such an eyesore to walk by but at this point that was the least of our concerns. Let this be your sign to stay as far away from this complex as possible!"

"First off, the apartment is beautiful with great amenities. The community space, gym, and pool are all very clean and welcoming. However the unit I moved into itself is dirty. The floors (kitchen, living room, bathroom, closet, and bedroom) were sticky and uncomfortable to walk on. There is a leakage in the bathroom ceiling and some oil stains in the cabinets. I also found dead roaches lying around in the bedroom carpets and under the bathroom cabinets (I’m assuming the place was bombed beforehand). There’s also some spring issues when opening cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. I had WiFi issues also, though hopefully it’ll be fixed soon. Additionally, I had to deep clean the whole unit, mopping over 3x and carpet washing 2x because it was so ill-maintained. I just wished it was prepared better and I didn’t have to put so much effort into making it clean when moving in. Front staff was really helpful. They answered all my questions and concerns to the best of their ability. I did find it inconvenient having front staff wait for management for certain requests. Overall, I give it 2 stars because the public amenities are nice and the front staff are helpful. But because my unit was unkept such as the bathroom ceiling leaking and dead bugs, I cant say it has been a convenient nor a pleasurable experience."

"It's terrible, they never gave parking for our cars, next to us even for one car. I'm pregnant and it's hard for me to go around the apartment, my parking is on the street, which is constantly occupied by others, and I have to wait 2-3 hours for a tow truck. Although others are given 2 parking lots in front of their windows. Within a month, 2 cars were stolen and the windows of at least 4 cars were smashed. no protection. complete chaos. In the office, they answer "The world is not perfect". I am very angry and I am waiting for at least some action from the apartment authorities!"
