About Us

The A.J. is a new residential community located at 251 6th Street in the up-and-coming Railyards district of Sacramento, California. Named after A.J. Stevens, known as the "Father of Innovation" in the area in the late 1800s, our community offers studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments. Some units are reserved for those with lower incomes. Our sustainably built apartments pay homage to the neighborhood's history while incorporating modern design elements. With top-notch amenities and stylish finishes, our pet-friendly apartments provide a comfortable and stylish living space. Please note that we are currently under construction, so for your safety, please refrain from visiting the site. At The A.J., we offer luxury living in the heart of Sacramento's Railyards district. We welcome residents from all backgrounds and strive to provide accurate move-in dates, although construction delays may occur. Rest assured that our team will keep you informed of any delays and honor any concessions offered at the time of reservation.

"I'm a future resident I've already been accepted and got my paperwork going and everything but I NEED to know how to ACRUALLY get in touch with a LIVE PERSON ASAP..... actually I really need to know wherever their main office is located so I can speak with management IN PERSON!! This is CRUCIALLY IMPORTSNT AND URGENT bur I can't find ANYWHERE online where their off cite management office is located and I ant reach anyone on the phone.or get a return call or ANY info at all and as it stands right now I already won't be able to move in in the beginning of Aug like I was told I would be doing and it is CRUCIAL that I get in touch with someone seriously ASAP so if anyone knows AnyThing that could maybe help me.please I'd appreciate it"
