"Apartments are spacious and updated with nice modern looking countertops, cabinet, and floors. The 1 and 2 bedrooms are both spacious and the price is super reasonable. The manager Shevonne was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions about the apartment and application process. I would recommend this property to others looking for an apartment in the area"

"This company has not responded to any email, calls, or text regarding move out follow up. The office is usually not open during posted hours."

"Very poor communication since new management took over. Been trying to get some issues resolved for the past few months since they’ve tried to raise my rent with no notice. However the phone is never answered when I call and I even took time off of work to try and speak to the manager during the posted office hours only to find that they were closed as well."

"This company is no longer pine manor but now it is BLVD Residential.The new manager is so racist and rude. A unknown person broke the windshield of more than 10 people. They tried to report the incident but she yelled at them and said if you say that I will evict you. There are also so many homeless people which are sometimes naked. Also there are many people that smoke cigarettes. Even the worker is kind of bad because he wasn’t even cleaning instead he was just watching his phone."
