"I scheduled a visit for Tuesday at 9am. We arrived at 9 and it was closed. We waited until 9:15 when a woman arrived and told me that she couldn't receive us because she was alone and wouldn't be able to take us on the tour. I missed a day of work to go visit and I wasn't even attended to. I rescheduled for Saturday at 11am. When we got there, there was a man alone in the office who didn't know there were visits scheduled, he said that no one told him but he would take us on the tour. He was very helpful and served us very well, but he didn't know how to explain the prices ​​to us. We really liked the house so we waited to see if the manager would appear to assist us but nothing... Nobody showed up. Arriving home, we decided to send an email asking about the prices so we could rent and... we didn't hear back from them. So if you receive any treatment from the management of this office, feel privileged, as we do not want to rent anything from them anymore. If they treat us like this when we don't even live there, imagine if we were residents."

"This place doesn’t deserve any stars. Some highlights of what we had to deal with since moving in back in February 2023: We found out 1 week before our scheduled move-in date that the unit we originally signed a lease for was no longer available. We only found out because we reached out to the Leasing Office for move-in instructions. It took me and my partner several days of taking off work and camping out in their office to sort that out. I got to know some other future residents during those few days who were on section 8 and had to go days without housing because of similar mix-ups. Despite being told we'd be provided with move-in instructions, we never were. Anything we were provided, we had to ask for (rules on parking, for my mail key--it was an ordeal even figuring out what mailbox was ours). People have parked in our carport on multiple occasions. We've had to call for cars to be towed. One night when we tried to call security when someone was throwing a party (their friends took our spot, all the fire lanes, several other spots), security never came out. We have never seen them on-site. (they bounce back and forth between locations) In April 2023, we discovered a bat in our air duct. Nothing was done for WEEKS until we contacted code enforcement. The bat escaped, and after code enforcement got involved, they hired some people to inspect the air ducts, but refused to clean them out or any of the bat feces lining our patio wall. On the outdoor patio there was clear bat droppings and along the back patio wall. In December 2023, we discovered rats had infested our patio furniture and destroyed it. In January 2024, for the past several weeks, we have noticed pest control vans in the complex. We just got a letter in the mail today confirming that residents are suing the complex for suspected water damage, plumbing leaks, water intrusion, mold, roaches, and rats. My lease is scheduled to end in February 2024. They were going to raise my rent to $2,023 but are letting new people move in for $1,900. It took a week to get ahold of someone to confirm I would not be renewing, and I got chewed out when I asked for a written record that my acknowledgement was received. I have been provided no instructions for move-out date. Trash cans are always overflowing, even the simplest maintenance request takes MONTHS and a series of follow-up calls to get completed. They have maintenance and front-office staff covering all needs for both Sixty58 and Waverly Flats across the street. They require you to email to call to make an appointment now (no walk-ins), but they’ll never return your messages. Sewer/garbage/water prices keep rising and are now around $150/month for a two-bedroom. Be highly cautious of moving here."

"We have been trying to call several times regarding our rent amount being incorrect and being charged an insurance fee and of course for months now nobody answers the phone. Voice mail is always full so you can't even leave a message. Nobody is ever in the office during the posted times. Huge vans and company vehicles take up all the free spots and nothing is done about it. Management has changed over multiple times in a year. To add to this, my vehicle was damaged due to negligence on maintaining the parking lot and they have been dodging my requests for their insurance information for months as well. I'm sure I'm never going to hear a resolution to this."

"Worst apartment ever air conditioner has been out the whole month of August. Have mice been letting the office know for the last three months no pest control has ever came. Only half of the stove works. Kitchen drawers have been broken since we moved in just all-around worse apartments ever do you like slumlords looking for a new place to move to now"
