Crossing At North Loop Apartments

"It takes forever to get a it's going on 2 weeks now that I had my washing machine nice maintenance people but they fail to actually come back when they said they would even though they they do good work but at the same time it takes them forever to give you a message back I have a disability wereI have a facilitator that advocates for my disability it shouldn't take that person for them to do something as well it should be valid my voice I shouldn't have to have special ways to speak I feel discriminated with my disability that I had to rely on my facilitator to call in there for me verbally just saying I need where's my washing machine fix Blamed for the leaves in the water heater an items that I did not put there I know need tenants did not have the key to that doorI feel. I Like crying no one cares I hope I can change this review and put something I'm good cuz I know they work Hard but I am grateful for the repairs they have done and the things but I'm bringing awareness to this situation because of my disability we have the right to speak and be heard regardless who we are and to know what it feels like when someone doesn't get back to us"

"This place is a joke the manager will not answer the phones she is never available basically she's a slum Lord I've been trying to call to get some information and the voicemail says the office is closed and I have to make an appointment to just talk to someone I've gone up to the office to talk to someone and the office is always empty no manager or assistant manager don't waste your time not like your going to get a hold of anyone anyway this place should be shut down and the managers need to be fired as they are useless workers."

"The manager Marissa is absolutely amazing. She is very attentive. She responds two emails and phone calls same day. She is always going above and beyond. My family and I absolutely love the apartment. Some things we appreciate is the wide variety of parking spaces and The neighbors are friendly. "I've been here nearly 4 years. This is an example of a property management company that just doesn't care anymore or can't afford to care. The gardening service doesn't even pick up the leaves or blow them out of the gardens anymore. Tree limbs are overgrown and laying on the rooftops, allowing the local "wildlife" easy access to the buildings and poses a fire hazard, after they were supposedly "just trimmed". Every year I just wait for this place to go up in flames from a wayward firework. I'm wondering what they do with our rent money because you couldn't tell by looking at the place anymore."
