I recently had trouble getting my heater to work and when I informed Donia the leasing manager, she took care of it right away. She always has a smile on her face and is very welcoming. Maintenance does a great job at keeping the property clean! Thank you!"

Situated in a high-demand area close to downtown, old town, and the river, it offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The neighborhood is peaceful, with the added bonus of being near an elementary school, making it an ideal spot for families. The complex itself is impeccably maintained, thanks to recent renovations that have made it not only clean but also incredibly soothing to be in. From the moment you step onto the grounds, you can tell that great care is taken to create a welcoming environment for all residents. But what truly sets this place apart is the management team, led by the exceptional Doina. Throughout my time here, Doina has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that residents are happy and comfortable. She has always been helpful, approachable, and dedicated to maintaining a high standard of living for everyone. One thing Doina emphasizes is the importance of following the rules, and it's clear that this commitment to order and respect contributes to the overall positive atmosphere of the complex. As a guarantor and cosigner for friends and family members, I have seen firsthand how Doina's assistance has made a difference. She helped us navigate the approval process and provided invaluable support to newcomers to the U.S. who were looking for a safe and welcoming place to call home. The maintenance service here is also top-notch, with Raymos leading the charge. He is unfailingly polite and efficient, ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly and professionally. "When I first toured this complex I thought it was really nice, but its all bad. The apartments on the inside are very nice, but do not be fooled. It seems that they put all their money into remodeling the inside but forgot about the insulation. In the upstairs units it gets extremely hot and never cools down. The little AC that they offer in the kitchen does not do anything. It has reached up to 90 degrees in my apartment even with the AC running. As for parking, this complex is a joke. They have around 6 guest parking spots, but some of them are being taken up by cars that never move and are left there for months on end. The Astound Broadband internet service truck parks there as well, so where are your residents who have two cars suppose to park? AND to my knowledge they are suppose to assign parking spots. I have one but every single time I move my car to go to work I will come back to my parking spot taken. The towing company takes hours to get there. It is almost like I have to fight for my spot. Just keep this in mind if you decide to live here because you will be fighting for a spot otherwise you will get a ticket if you park in the fire lane overnight. As for the power, it seems that like every week there is an issue with PG&E and it is always going out for hours on end. I do not recommend this apartment complex and I will not be renewing my lease. I would save your money and move into a better apartment complex for around the same price, with central AC and better parking."

"I was looking for an apartment for my sister and her family. I was really satisfied by the service provided by Doina. She was very professional and fair, it was nice to work with her. Apartment units are well managed, have new appliances, a new floor and new kitchen. I like it."
